### July 2008

While writing my thesis I found a problem of the nomencl package in conjunction with the KOMA-Script classes: the header is not changed from the one which is used in the section before the nomenclature section. A simple change of \thenomenclature works. Just add the following into the preamble:

\makeatletter
\def\thenomenclature{%
{
\@ifundefined{chapter}%
{
\section*{\nomname}
}%
{
\chapter*{\nomname}
}%
}%
{
{
}%
{
}%
}%
\nompreamble
\list{}{%
\labelwidth\nom@tempdim
\leftmargin\labelwidth
\itemsep\nomitemsep
\let\makelabel\nomlabel}}
\makeatother

Radiohead, last been in Berlin in 2001, played a amazingly good concert, yesterday (8.7.2008) on the stage of Wuhlheide. Although the weather was not perfect, it rained from time to time — it was an open-air concert — the mood of the people and especially of Thom Yorke was very good. He jumped around and one could really feel that he had fun performing. The lighting was also nicely designed. Allover the stage, there were flashing staffs hanging from the ceiling, which were illuminated fitting the music. This worked very well. Just have a look at the pictures linked on the last.fm page. The set list and more comments can also be found there, I am to lazy to steal there…
Anyway, this was one of the best concerts I’ve been to (and I had to buy a T-Shirt not caring how much it was (28 EUR)).

I have finished my thesis: On the Phase Structure of Two-Colour QCD at Non-Zero Chemical Potential. Result: It looks like there is no deconfining transition at zero temperature and finite chemical potential. Maybe we write a paper about. See you on arXiv. :D

Anyway, I just wanted to say I’m not dead yet.
